Donovan walked off under his own power. Thank God we didn’t see the John Deere come out. Hopefully it’s just the wind knocked out of him, and a little bruising.
UPDATE: Trainers were just working on his back and he went to the locker room. The Eagles have this game in the bag, but you don’t want him out for an extended period of time.
He has returned from the locker room and has injured ribs. He probably won’t return today, but the Eagles don’t need him. He needs to rest for next week’s game against the Saints.
