If the Phillies desire revenge for their quick 2007 playoff exit, they’ll now have the chance. Based on yesterday’s games, the NL playoff picture is set and the Rockies will visit Citizens Bank Park in the Divisional Series.
With the Dodgers win over the Rockies, and the Phillies loss, the Dodgers clinched the NL West and home field advantage throughout the NL playoffs.
Although the Phillies lost, so did the Cardinals, which assures the Fightins of the second seed in the NL.
St. Louis will kick the crap out of face the Dodgers to start things off, and the Phils will seek revenge for 2007.
