Randy Wolf will have to wait another day or so to make his NLCS debut. According to the Daily News, Manager Joe Torre has selected 21-year-old Clayton Kershaw to start for the Dodgers on Thursday. He will oppose the Phils Cole Hamels.
Kershaw posted an 8-8 record and 2.79 ERA in 30 starts this year. He made one start against the Phillies this year, going just 5.1 innings and a 3.38 in a loss.
In four career starts against Philadelphia, Kershaw is 0-3 with a 6.64 ERA.
The remainder of the rotation for both teams will likely be announced during news conferences later this afternoon.
