Phillies Postgame Live may now be coming to DirectTV.

If you’re like many people in the Dealware Valley, you’ve had to choose having Comcast SportsNet and access to Philly team games, or getting DirectTV’s Sunday NFL package. You wseren’t getting both — unless you wanted to pay for Comcast and DirectTV.

The Federal Communications Commission today ruled that Comcast can no longer hog CSN for its own cable subscribers. Satellite providers must have access to CSN.

What does this mean for the consumer? You now have legit sports options. You can switch to satellite AND still watch the Sixers, Phillies and Flyers on CSN. It’s the best of both worlds.

And, even you don’t want to switch, call Comcast and threaten to. See if they offer to lower your bill.
