We always knew he had great hands — mainly because he told us so. We just never expected him to end up on a “Moments of the Decade” package on NFL Network. (Note, this is not the Top 10 Moments of the decade. Instead, it was simply a compilation of memorable moments.)
In a decade that produced the best era in Eagles football history this side of the late 1940s, Freddie Mitchell made two appearances in the highlight film. First up was the 14.1 second play in Dallas. Later, the infamous 4th-and-26 play appeared.
Amazing that Mitchell had two plays during his career and both end up in that segment.
DeSean Jackson also made contributed a couple clips to the piece. He was seen doing the jerk, jumping into Andy Reid, and dropping the ball before crossing the goal line in Dallas last year.
