Just how bad was the Sixers 2009-2010 season? Bad enough that the team created and promoted an Allen Iverson highlight video via Twitter and the team’s website. If this is one of the stories worthy of a season-ending video, well, that speaks volumes about the squad.

We love Iverson more than any Sixer fan and appreciate all he did earlier in his career. We were in favor of bringing him back this season. However, AI spent more time away from the team than with it. He appeared in just 25 games and was produced a lackluster body of work. Sure, he had his moments and put on a throwback AI effort against Kobe and the Lakers.

However, personal issues kept him from cashing in on the promise his return provided when Ed Stefanski and Eddie Jordan brought him in. In the end, his addition was just another story in a truly forgettable season.
