Maybe Michael Vick learned from last week when he said the eagles could have won had he been out there all four quarters against the Packers. After Sunday,s 35-32 win over Detroit, Vick said the right things on FOX after the game.

“It was very satisfying,” Vick said of his first NFL start in nearly four years. “It was good to get a win for the organization and the team.”

Michael Vick played error-free football in the Eagles 35-32 win over Detroit on Sunday.

When asked about his perceived change in the way he plays the game — he completed 21 passes for 284 yards and two scores — Vick implied that he never wants to pull the ball down and take off with it.

“I always wanted to play that way (pass first), but different situations call for different things,” he said.

Then, he jumped back in line in declaring it Kevin Kolb’s job to lose.

“This is Kevin’s team,” Vick said. “All I wanted to do was come out and get the momentum going. I’m sure Kevin will be back next week.”
