Ellis Hobbs, demoted after getting torched by Kenny Britt two weeks ago, will not dress for today’s game due to a hip injury. Also, King Dunlap, who played well in place of penalty flag Peters, is out.
On the other hand, running back Jerome Harrison has finally got the Eagles offense down enough to dress for today’s game. Brought in from Cleveland for Mike Bell, Harrison could be an ideal fit for the offense as a backup to Shady McCoy. Harrison rushed for 286 yards against the Chiefs last December.
Harrison will get a chance to contribute today and his elusiveness will help — as long as he can pass block. If he can’t, he’ll be in Reid’s doghouse.
