Earlier this season, Michael Vick said his come-to-Jesus moment wasn’t when he was lying in a bed at the Federal pen. instead, it was during the aftermath of his 30th birthday party that ended with someone being shot.
Vick said he realized that his partying days had to end or he’d be back where he spent two years of his life.
Mike Vick is hosting a Super Bowl party, but reports indicate he won't attend.
Needless to say, there was some disbelief when news trickled out that Vick was hosting a party in Dallas on Friday night. Even with his own security, club security and NFL security, how could he put himself in this position? Was he reverting back to the party days now that the season was over and he knows he’s about to score another multi-million contract?
Thankfully, he’s not. At least not this time. Jeff McLane blogged today that the Eagles say Vick won’t attend.
While that’s all good, we srtill have an entire offseason to go. What Vick does, who he hangs with and how he prepares for next season during the next few months will tell us whether or not Michael Vick truly is now Mike Vick.

Millions of people want Michael Vick to be the “real deal!” Christians are rooting for him to be a “light” to this world! It is time for one to not let “fame, success, money—–to cause self-destruct. It is far and few between that one can have a testimony like Mike.
