Vince Young told NBCPhiladephia and the media tonight that a man in DC is pretending to be the Eagles back-up quarterback.
“I heard that he has been taking money, taking pictures with little kids at hospitals,” Young told NBCPhiladelphia. “It’s been real sick.”
