It’s still early, but at least one NBA-affiliated publication questions the moves the Sixers have made as revealed in its offseason Power rankings.

Granted, the season seemingly just ended and training camp is a few months away. Hell, the team has yet to have its Summer Beach Bash, which is scheduled for this Saturday in Avalon.

The Sixers are ranked 20th among NBA teams according to Hoop Magazine's online edition. Meanwhile, the team debuts its 2012-13 Dance team this Saturday in Avalon.

In any event, Hoops Magazine released its offseason power Rankings and lists the Sixers at No. 20 behind teams such as The New York Knicks (9), Brooklyn Nets (10), Atlanta Hawks (12) and New Orleans Hornets (17).

Here is what the online publication said about your Sixers:

SUMMER SUMMARY: Philly is still in the process of remaking its team, so judgment must be held. But after amnestying Elton Brand and trading Louis Williams, the 76ers have taken a step back to create salary-cap space. They now have 10 players signed and are still $10 million under the cap, meaning they could make a run at amnestied Brendan Haywood and another player … MAIN MINUTEMEN: SG Andre Iguodala, PG Jrue Holiday, SF Thaddeus Young, SF Evan Turner, C Spencer Hawes, PF Lavoy Allen … ADDITIONS: SF Dorell Wright, SG Nick Young (1 year, $6 million), PF Maurice Harkless (#15), PF Arnett Moultrie (#27) … KEEPERS: C Spencer Hawes (2 years, $13 million), PF Lavoy Allen (2 years, $6 million) … SUBTRACTIONS: PF Elton Brand, SG Louis Williams … 2011-12 TOTAL-WINS RANK: 10
